Mahindra George sells 2nd hand cars and asking new car prices, please advise

Bought a Mahindra pickup double cab Karoo S11 Auto top of the package. Mahindra George sold me a new car with 700km on the clock. I bought the car over the internet and when spoken to some people I was advised and shown in the contract that I purchased a second hand hand car, after paying the price of a new one. Now I accepted the fact of how bad can a new car with 700 km on the clock be, its a mess. The car is failing electronics, they dont want to give me a new car and the Manager makes it look like there is nothing wrong with the car. i spoke to Wes bank finance, they don't want to revers the transaction, pending on the dealer. the car/bakkie cant lock, the EBD dash lights shows up from time to time(was showing for 3 days) and the shimming were off, indicating that the car were driven very bad possibly a slight accident. Can someone please advise me as I reported it to customer care, Mahindra George squashed the incident with customer care reffering by Dana the manager as being cool and being managed. I paid for a new car, and were given a 2nd hand car, they now refer to it as a demo. Who would purchase a demo model and pay the full amount equivalent to a new model? They stick to the car is under guarantee and to follow the procedure. Can someone please intervene and advise me as they court me out selling me a secondhand car for the price of a new one. You can imagine the walls I am running into. The car is 2 weeks old. I am also not listed as the first owner of the car, very disappointed. I paid R445K plus minus. The car cant lock, the siren keeps going off, and the wheel alignment along with the shimming were off, They said they would report it to their HQ, but apparently Palm tyres in George is their mechanics. They promised me I can exchange the car, but would be penalized 16K (DANA the Manager) I suggested if I were to pay in 16K on a new 4x2, rather give me a 4x4, he said I would have to pay in R51k. this was last Friday. On Tuesday yesterday, he said: Dana the manager • "Mahindra George gaan nie jou transaksie kanselleer omdat jy nou op ‘n 4x4 voertuig besluit het nie. Uit blote vergunning het ek die transaksie met jou en Wesbank hersien/oorweeg om jou in ‘n 4x4 voertuig te sit, maar aangesien daar geen voorraad is nie, kan ek dus nie help nie. Thus, being said, the bakkie were with them being checked by "Mahindra Mechanics HQ" Meanwhile they are busy installing my registered number plates from the week before. I got the car back, nothing were done...Maby the wheel allignment, that Palm tires did very good.
