Mahindra: FV58HT GPO

I am driving a Mahindra KUV 100 that I purchased in April 2017 in Centurion Pretoria, with my vehicle on 8000KM I was in accident. The damage was on the right hand wheel repaired by a Mahindra dealer in Pretoria. On 24000KM the turbo on the vehicle stop running, I took the vehicle to Mahindra Centurion that told me it was because of the accident that happened on 8000Km.

On 29000KM my vehicle mixed oil and water, I took my vehicle to Mahindra Menlopark were they with permission from Mahindra SA overall the engine but not the turbo, I wated more than 2 months for my car because the dealer could not find a tool to set the timing, after I received my vehicle my turbo was still not operational. I contacted client service Mahindra SA who requested a E-Mail with the required information that I gladly respond to. I never received a answer back and replaced my turbo at own cost of R9800.00.

I asked the following questions to Mahindra SA without any response: 1. Why did the oil and water mixed. 2. How can the accident be blamed for the turbo problem when the accident happened on 8000KM and the turbo problem happened on 24000KM.

For additional information my vehicle was at the panel beaters for 5months because they could not supply a front wheel bearing. My vehicle stood for 2months at Mahindra Menlopark because of a tool.

In conclusion I paid my vehicle for 7months were I used public transport to travel to work.
