MAHINDRA EAST RAND: GREAT SERVICE !!

I stopped at the East Rand branch as I could not get the low beam on my vehicle to work properly.

I was met by a lady called Clementi and she not only listen to my whole story, but then took my vehicle to the back and within ten minutes it was fixed ( apparently I installed the new globes upside down).

A big thank you to Clementi for excellent service. You are a STAR!! I am planning on trading my XUV500 in for the automatic later this year and are waiting for the XUV300 to be released for my wife. For both deals East Rand Mahindra will be my first stop.

Please give Clementi my sincere thanks for her friendliness and willingness to solve the problem and not just pass it on …truly a great customer experience.
