Mahindra. dont know what to think

I have bought a Genio long from menlyn branch on 9june 2017. today is 7 march 2018 and till today I have not received my spare key, and also the clocks backlight is working as it want to. The vehicle have almost 45000km on now, so you can think it went in for a few services already and everytime there is a different excuse. The vehicle was bought by mr AJA Dreyer for me.
