Mahindra - Clueless

We recently bought a Mahindra KUV 6+, since January this year the vehicle keeps on going into what they call a "Limp mode". We took the vehicle to a Mahindra service garage 3 times already without any luck. They've got no idea why the car is doing this and how to solve the problem, only that we are not the only owners struggling with this problem on this model.

How on earth is this at all possible or acceptable, if Mahindra cant help us where are we suppose to take the vehicle to?
