Mahindra Boksburg not reputable

In late November early December 2021 i took my car for a service as Mahinda Boksburg . After the service i didn't check for the service book , but received a call a few weeks later that they had my book , so it was courier to me . a few weeks later received another call that they only couriered the manual and not my service book . So i had to go and collect it . last week Thursday , i took my car for a service there again . I dropped my car off at around 7:30 am , firstly the person that ton i think her name is aby or something i cant remember well , ( it's a white lady) , she didn't check my vehicle with me she said she would check it later which i thought didn't make sense but i left it because i was worried that i was late for work already as i was there till past 8 and i was the second person to drop my car off there but waited so long . Then at around 4 i remembered that my car was still at Mahindra . i didn't receive a call during the day where they usually tell you if something needs to be replaced or to tell you what they are doing on the vehicle . i called and asked to be put to the service department , the call was cut , i called again feeling annoyed i asked for the service manager . When he answered his phone he didnt even greet , he just said YES , which threw me off because that was so rude , anyways he told me that my car was ready and i asked for him to ask their driver to pick me up . he said he would at 16:30 he didn't call me back . So i called back and the receptionist asked to take a message , so i called 3 times now and no assistance . i then called the 4th time and called the guy that sold me my vehicle , i called on his cell and he got me help he arranged for the driver to pick me up . so i get there and my car isn't ready , i get the car keys and I'm waiting for the job card and at 4:55 after waiting for 15 minutes i check for my service book and it's not there i ask the lady and she said she doesn't no , so i asked but where is it if its not there and i said this is the second time this is happening , so as I'm walking i hear her speak to her colleague next to an Indian lady i think and she says to her i don't appreciate being accused , so i went back and told her , i didn't accuse you i asked you because you are the responsible person that i left my car keys with . i left at 5 , not having my service book , not receiving a call from the manager to this day or anyone . i don't know what was done on my car nothing . Mahindra BOKSBURG is the worse place ever to take your car for a service . I work around the corner from Mahindra , I want ,my service book as this is the second time they misplaced it , it needs to be couriered to me today . The service my car went for is 30 000 KM , I have taken my vehicle there for all the previous services .
