I bought a Mahindra from Mahindra Benoni. Since day 2 of having the car problems started to happen. The handbrake broke, wind is coming in through the windows when you drive, the car has a hectic petrol smell inside, warm air comes out from the airvents, the petrol meter doesn't work, the front left tyre loses air, the petrol cap broke, the clutch had to be replaced, the car loses power and the car on 4 occasions just cuts out and there is no power. On the 2 January 2019 my son drove with the car and in the middle of a very busy intersection where he was turning to go over the road the car cut out in the middle of the intersection with oncoming traffic and a car almost hit him with a massive speed. Since day 2 I asked Benoni to swop me with another car or give me back my money, they refused totally, and then wanted to replace my car with a second hand metallic green car.

Further going through my papers I found that the dealership has forged false payslips on my name, to get the deal through the bank. I now understand everything, that they tried to get rid of the car and I was the victim. The workshop also reseted the computer of the car before they were allowed to do so. Also did the workshop accuse me that im a vandalist and that I must come for driving lessons and also did Benoni **** to me and said that Mahindra head office came to them to inspect the car, but Mahindra Head Office wasn't even aware that my car was at Benoni workshop. Till today Im sitting with this car and its more at Boksburg Workshop its not even funny and they always refuse to lend me a loan car. I don't Use Benoni Mahindra or The Benoni Workshop anymore as to I know they have a ******** way in handling certain matters. I still have this problems till today.
