Mahindra bakkie turbo broken

We bought a Mahindra Scorpio 2.5 TCI 4x4 Bakkie at Mahindra Vaal Vanderbijlpark on 03/03/2015, last week the bakkie started overheating, my dad who drives it, took it in to Mahindra Tzaneen after phoning Mahindra Vaal. They told him that the turbo needs to be replaced and there is something wrong with the radiator, Mahindra vaal doesn't want to fix the bakkie, although we only have the bakkie for three weeks. They want us to do it through the warranty. My dad needs the bakkie to work, this is now resulting in loss of income. We are still waiting to hear if the warranty will pay. In my opinion Mahindra Vaal is responsible for the repair of the bakkie.
