Mahindra Bad service and not taking responsibility
A car was bought at Mahindra Menlyn, we were informed that the car was ready and when we arrived at the dealership the car was not ready, first point of contact was a terrible experience a radio was outed and approved and never fitted.
Consequently the car was taken in for a service, as per the warranty agreement, the vehicle cam back with a dent at the bottom of the car and we were told that it is not their damage. the second thing is shortly after the car was serviced the gearbox broke the car has 11000 km on the odometer, how can a gearbox break on a 11000 km. The day the car broke two service consultants took the car for a test drive a\nd they had to be towed in because the car was now completely un- drivable.
the car was booked in on the 14th of august 2019 and only a month later the the warranty was approved Mahindra Hatfield got approval for the gearbox but the clutch had to be replaced on our won cost.
I not knwoledgable but you cannot put something broken back into a car and then tell us the car can be collected.
my honest opinion is that Mahindra SA is not taking full responsibility for their fault and i believe they should get everything sorted out. as they student is without a car and they are refusing to take responsibility.
