Mahindra - aftersales service??

<p>I own a Mahindra XUV500 W6 2013. The vehicle is a very good quality product and the routine servicing is also upto standard. I have experienced a noice in the drive train and found it to be noicy in rev, this was pointed out at the 50000km service. (07/07/2016) I was informed that the parts was on backorder, on numerous ocasions I have phoned and also visited the branch to establish a repair date. I have been informed on every ocasion that the parts are on backorder and will be notified when this repairs will be carried out. As 3 months have passed, only some of the parts have arrived and I was told not to contact them as they will notify me. How long must I wait to have a repair carried out on my vehicle. Also I find the parts very expensive as disc pads is R4100?</p>
