Mahindra 1st service

I just wanna confirm why people driving S4 mahindra pick up bakkies and service plan is not included for a few kilometers to service their vehicle.I was last month at Mahindra centurion workshop and the young service advisor lady gave me a quotation to service my mahindra bakkie at the dealership workshop.She gave me a quotation of R4500 it include oil service,gearbox oil change and also a differentail oil change.Normally if just a oil,gearbox and diff oil services come on 1st service it should be done under a warrenty service ,and not from the custumer own pocket,because it is still under warrenty and warrenty should pay for the firts service.
