Bought a 2014 xuv 500 from the Margate branch in January. Paid cash and also paid for delivery after it was supposed to be serviced. Recieved the car almost a month later with all sorts of problems after they assured the car is working 100%. They promised to get all problems fixed before warranty is over, but now its almost over and they did not do anything. We phone and phone and they keep making promises but never deliver on their promises... we found documentation in the car where it failed its first road worthy test afted we bought it and all those faults was not sorted out so how did they put it through the second test and passed before delivering us the car
