Its worse than terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We traded in our vehicle (Not registered on my name was still on previous owners name) they were aware of it, however they still did the trade!

We traded our VW Polo for the Ford Ikon.

I had the Ford Ikon for 3 weeks, when it broke down, after arguments they picked up the vehicle to have it fixed. This happened on the 9th March 2017.

The car is now fixed according to them and at their workshop.

And the VW Polo sold to a new owner (while being aware of the incorrect paperwork)

They firstly had to dealerstock the VW Polo for them to sell the Polo which they didn't!

The first story was that the previous owner did not want to sell the car.

We investigated just to find out that it was not the truth.

Whilst I had the VW Polo the private seller had the car registered with 2 different people, without our knowledge.

This was Mahindra Vaals second story they first had to get the Natis of the VW Polo correct before we can have the Ford Ikon.

Now that the Natis of the VW Polo is correct, we have to pay R 9500 before we can collect the Ford Ikon!

What bull**** is this?

They knew from the beginning that the VW Polo was not in my name, continued with the sale.

sold the VW Polo with incorrect Natis.

They claim that they did not make a mistake! They did they should have dealerstocked the Polo.

Now we have to pay a ridicolous amount of money because they made a mistake which we have to pay for!
