I came to Mahindra East Rand looking for a second hand XUV500. Dawie attended to my request. They did not have any in stock and I left for home. Even before reaching home I got a phone call from him saying they have found one that they can bring in from Edenvale. The few dents and scratches was repaired before I officially traded in and it looked like a brand new vehicle. When talking to Dawie the first time I misquoted my old car's year by one year. When signing papers he realised this and found out that this makes it worth R10,000 less. He let it slide and I still received trade in value as if my car was younger. I have been treated with great respect. Being *****ed over by other car dealerships in the past (see my other reviews) this is highly appreciated.
