Gross negligence and deceiving of client's safety by Mahindra Midrand.

My son bought a pick-up ldv from the Mahindra Midrand branch. The salesman by the name of Mike did the deal. I took him myself to the dealer to receive the vehicle. From the dealership to my farm is 270km but before arriving on the farm the nudge - bar just broke of on the left side. Nearly causing an accident. The son phoned Mike and they were quick to say that they will fix it. Apparently they used the same guy as before to fix the problem again. This time the "craftsmanship" were holding for 3weeks before the nudge-bar broke of again. I took pictures of all the wielding and how beyond backyard the nudge-bar were made and fitted. Is there any standard like SABS to what this should be complying to. Twice this has happened can we get someone to be accountable for this gross negligence taking place? I've put the pictures of the welding work on my Facebook. My whattsapp nr ***. Thank you
