Financing for mahindra

We contacted mahindra in brits to buy a car from them because our car was written off, we spoke to Riana, in the beginning she was very friendly and told us what documents she needed from us, we sent all the documents through on the 5th of January, on Saturday the 6th she told us that it would probably be approved because normally they would immediately send it back if it wasnt. We phoned her on Tuesday the 9th to find out about any progress because we didnt hear back. She said that we were approved by Wesbank and she is just waiting to hear from other banks for a better interest rate and apologised for it taking so long but the lady normally doing their finances was on leave.. we have been waiting for all of this not looking for other cars because we were under the impression that we were approved. Friday morning she still told us that we were approved, its not a problem still just waiting for the other banks. Friday afternoon when my brother phoned she told him that we werent approved and no banks will help us. I find this extremely unproffesional and I am very disappointed in the service we got. She kept us hanging on all the while that we could have been looking for other cars
