Faulty car that I was sold😭

I bought a Mahindra 4x4 last year towards the end of the year, little did I know that I will live to regret the decision I made.

Three days within the car being delivered, the car started giving me problems that could have somehow caused my life. Mahindra SA intervened as I had made a comment on Facebook. The car was only returned to me in January and few days later the car started giving me the same problems.

I sent Mahindra SA a message on Facebook explaining of the recurring problems of the car but to date I haven’t received any feedback.

The car got worse last week and on the 10th of February 2024, I took back the car to the dealership as I felt like I could not deal with it. I was sold a faulty car and I feel like the dealership knows what they did. The dealership responded saying that they are investigating the issue but I feel like they do know the problem but trying to delay so I cannot take back the car because I really do not want it back.

Please help as I feel so frustrated because now I pay for a car that I hardly use and use public transport to get to work.
