Factory faults

Service unsatisfactory . My vehicle is still under warranty. I bought my vehicle at Nelspruit and was delivered from the factory Mahindra SA. at Goodwood Mahindra and they refused to help me with a Cortese vehicle while in for repairs, I couldn't send the vehicle in for repairs because I can't go with out transport. I wasn't aware that I've the right to insist on a replacement of a vehicle. Could you please advise my case is at the ombudsman it seems if things are taking longer? I'm going crazy! Please help!
