DO NOT BUY FROM GROUP 1 MAHINDRA MIDRAND - DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

The Dealer Principle, Jeandre Botes at Group 1 Mahindra Midrand took my call on around the 17th October 2018. The "deal" was struck and my new Vehicle was delivered on 24 October 2018. After an inspection (the vehicle was delivered late, after repeatedly asking them to be on time, I had to collect my kids so I could not do an inspection before I took ownership) . On the 25th October 2018 the vehicle was returned with various issues. My husband and myself tried to contact the DP with little or no luck to get an update on the "repairs" on "new" vehicle. If you try to get hold of Jeandre, he has no answers and tells you he will get back to you, but he does not. I eventually threatened to cancel the deal, contacted the bank and Mahindra SA. Then still no feedback and being messed around with a delivery deadline missed twice. Eventually the car was delivered to me (by the driver - NOT Jeandre Botes) on the 13th November 2018. My "new" car has 332KM on the clock.... I am sure they had a "jolly good time" with driving around in my "new" car. Whatever you do, do not go an buy a vehicle from these people. You will get no services whatsoever. Once you sign, you disappear from their minds and no matter what you do, they don't give a danm.
