Disgusting customer service from their customer care, and defects in XUV

Please save yourself the agony and wastage of hard earned money do NOT buy the XUX 300!! The bad reviews are accurate!! Please be careful when purchasing a vehicle here. I purchased a demo Mahindra 2023 September, and have had ENDLESS issues with no resolution. I have had to take the vehicle in 4 times to change spark plugs. I am also reporting Mahindra and Mahindra customer service to hello Peter. Absolutely disgusting customer service from Nicolette, they send a SMS to say the enquiry is closed, yet there is no resolution, they don't care about the fuel it cost to keep taking a vehicle to a workshop for the same issue everytime. Spark plugs have been changed 4 times in 8 Months. And I was advised that it is a XUV 300 issue. Yet they sms case closed...
