Disgusted in Mahindra (Ottery, Cape Town)

I am disgusted in the after sale service I've received from Mahindra Ottery. They were quick to make the sale and as soon as I received the car it has been one issue after the other. I have struggled to get the attention of the employees at Mahindra Ottery to fix their mess ups. I received my KUV and the first thing that was wrong was the aircon settings that wasn't working properly, it was an issue getting the rims that I ordered and a couple of weeks later I sent another complaint that the car is pulling to one side when I drive and is making a funny noise. A few months later the alarm (I added as an additional feature and am paying for) starts messing up. So much so that I have on so many occasions left my car unlocked thinking I had locked it and often struggle to get in and out of my car because I need to press the button a few times before it actually works and this still has not been resolved. Another few weeks later, the car is making a God awful noise when I drive anything above 80km (once again to the dealership where it took over 3 weeks for them to assist me) only to find out my mountings need to be replaced (on a brand new car???). Next issue with the car: driving in the wind sounds like you are basically sitting outside. The car is so loud, making terrible noises coming from the front left side and they cannot explain to me what the issue is (this still happens). I've had the car just over a year, during lock down, I was barely driving as I was working from home so maybe 3 times a week. I was still having issues with the alarm so I contact the branch and after a full week no one contacts me back to arrange for it to be looked at, I call up the sales guy and he blatently forgot about me. A week later it sounds like my engine is about to fall out. I humbly request 2 weeks prior to the agreed upon meet up date that they arrange a loan car for me as I'm no longer working from home and they assure me this will be done. I'm told to contact them on the day and lo and behold, they're no longer working out of their ottery branch, I'm told to go to a different branch in claremont and there's no loan car available for me to use as a loan car. In fact, they had no idea that I was coming and they're not in charge of offering loan cars. This is 2 weeks after my first request to look at the alarm. They test drive my car and tell me once again it's my mountings. How often do mountings wear out on a brand new car???...anyway, I'm told that they will contact me the next week because they don't have the part (I'm told that they've been experiencing this issue alot, so why not keep stock of the part?) (AND the dealership will arrange a loan car for me) I'm contacted near the end on the following week to come in the next Tuesday.....and they still haven't arranged a loan car. I'm told that they will call me back (this was 2 weeks ago) to sort something out and till today, I have not received a call back.

I am not only disgusted by the fact that the first car I purchased brand new has been giving me so many issues, the treatment and attitude I received from the staff of Mahindra ottery was such a slap in the face. This was literally a case of getting the sale done and the rest is none of their business. I would rather have purchased another second hand car that deal with this, I am utterly disappointed and disgusted, I will never ever purchase or recommend this brand or this dealership to anyone.
