Bunch of headless chickens

I purchased the xuv in december 2016. My vehicle has already had its 5000 service and its almost a year later and still no service/ log book. When u speak to saales consultant its like its the first they hear of it. The sales manager just leaves u waiting for 20minutes unattended and could not give 2 hoots. The story is now that the supply is back logged that is not my damn problem. Get your act together guys!!!!!
