Broken Glove Box Mechanism after a service

My gut feeling said "dont trust them, what can they mess up with a straight forward oil change"...what a mistake I made.

Sent my XUV700 in for the 1st service. This was just the simple oil change interval. They had broken the damped glove box mechanism and quietly force back the gear control arm into it's guide slot without considering that the broken parts would fall out onto the carpet floor exposing their cover up.

Needless to say the actually damped gear ring is missing altogether, which they probably got rid of thinking I would not know what happened.

They obviously tried to get to the cabin filter behind the glove box and in the process forced the cubby lid in way that broke it. Best part, you didnt have to remove the cubby lid, just the parcel shelve above it with two *****s was all.

Needless to say you seriously have a problem with competence if your staff cannot execute simple cabin filter replacement without damaging our vehicles.

I sent them feedback on their whatsapp number as requested but they ignored me.

I will make sure I tell everyone that you are a bad dealership, includinv writing to Mahindra SA, thats the least you deserve for your ******** incompetence.
