Bad service who is going to pay for all the costs

We sent our car in to Mahindra to have our 4x4 key cut and coded this was the 22 December 2014 they sent it to Kia everyday they have an excuse they keep on saying it has this problem then that problem Today is 3Months still don't have my car we has clients have to ride to get parts and promise that is the problem we get the parts and my car is still standing, Now from a key just to be cut and coded, who is going to pay for all the costs, 3 months we have been promised and promised our car will be done, Now who is going to pay for the costs , I don't think Kia knows there job or what they doing, I am giving them till Wednesday or will take this further, 3 Months for a car key to be cut and coded,
