Bad service Mahindra Hatfield..

I bought my Mahindra at Hatfield Pretoria in December 2019 cash! It is now June 2020...my car's battery is not working. I phoned Mahindra in Hatfield...they want me to take my car to the nearest dealer..that is 100 km from my hometown on my own cost!! How do I do it?? The car won't start!! It has a warranty...!! They don't want to help at all!!! My new car??
