Bad service

Never experienced worse service anywhere. Brand new Karoo S10.... Year and half old.....burst power steering pipe and left me stranded next to road. Single woman..... Call Mahindra George for assistance. Get told to call AA and ask tow truck driver to get me home as they cannot help with loan vehicle. Huge argument with manager loan vehicle arranged. My vehicle towed in with full fuel tank...... Get one completely empty....... And they figure they doing me a favor giving me a loan vehicle....... Ridiculous!!!!!!! Now for the part...... 6 days and still waiting..... No answers.... Complaint lodged with Mahindra SA and NO joy. They do not care that single woman was left stranded on road, that i have to carry fuel costs on loan vehicle which is not their problem or fact that i am without my vehicle for a week already. Mahindra SA would get dealer owner to call me..... Well..... 3 days and nothing!!!!!!! Price right but stay away from Mahindra and their vehicles....... NO aftersale service at all!!!!!!
