Bad Customer Service

Will never ever buy any Mahindra from a Mahindra dealership. If you have a brake down Road Side Assist will tow you to the nearest Mahindra dealership No matter the distance from your home. They will fix your car under the warranty but to fetch your car is for your expense. Imagine it brakes in Cape Town and its there for a week and you must get back to Pretoria for work and go back to fetch your car what it will cost you. And it might happens more than once I was informed by the Service Advisor that I must make use of Uber to come and fetch it and after a fight the DP of Mahindra Alberton offered to pay half of my fees. About Customer Care Well that is basically not existing. Will wait for written feedback from Mahindra SA and repost it. When you buy a car the sales people will not inform you about this snack. Never ever again a Mahindra.....
