Bad Customer Experience @ Mahindra Makhado

I bought parts from Mahindra Louis Trichardt. I was not happy with the service and returned the parts immediately. I was told there is no cash refund and the refund has to be transferred to my bank account that I swiped from, I emailed the requested documents which are account confirmation letter and my ID copy. Later on I was told, my husband has to bring his account confirmation and iD copy. After the hassle I had, I would rather have Mahindra SA intervene as I need my money ASAP.
