BAD AUTI MOTIVE PAINT - ENJIN OIL SESITIVE

I bought a new Mahindra KUV 100 NXT +. The kuv has done just over 113000 km. The front bumper paint is peeling off. I took the car to a local panelbeater whom determined the that the pain work on the bumper is a factory fault. The bumper was never plastic primed before the final paint.

I took the car to the dealership i bought it from. According to the dealership the paint loses guarantee because the car was not serviced at a magindra dealership from 50000 km anf the car has more then 100000 km on the clock.

We did not continue to service the car at mahindra because they are rediculess at what they charge for a minor service. We bought 2 suspention parts plus a airfilter at mandrin spares in Pretoria for under R700. Mahindra chared R1600 for only 1 of the parts.

I love the car but it is sad to see how mahindra try and make excesive profits off customers with after market sales.

I was opting to buy a New Karoo bakkie but will rather buy a more known and estabilshed brand that gurantees the paint work on the bakkie longer than 3 years and the type oil used in the enjin will make paint last longer or peal off.

NS. We own 3 mahindras in 2 households. 2 has the same paint problem.
