Avoid Motorland East London at all costs

We have a Mahindra Quanto, a Mahindra TUV and a Mahindra KUV 300. Now the problem is the TUV, endless problems and it is causing such stress in our lives. It has been to Motorland and I cannot count how many times. Today was the cherry on top. We went to fetch it today as we were having problems with the battery light coming on continuously and the same in March. We were told it is a wiring problem. It was then taken to a private auto electrician at our own cost. He diagnosed by using the necessary equipment as a faulty regulator. After it was taken back to Mahindra East London, we were told that the warranty was expired. We were also then informed that the previous managers never kept notes. After speaking to a lady that works there, she said that they would try to fix it because of the shortcomings of the previous service manager. I was informed today that they have replaced the alternator and the fault still persists. There is nothing further that they can do. Upon returning home, the vehicle was taken to a different mechanic for inspection, he found that one of the engine cover nuts was missing and the one bolt was lying loose on the engine cover (which was returned in a horribly dirty state, to which we were informed that they did not clean it). The cover to the main electrical supply to the alternator was never replaced and the dipstick handle was full of oil. The bulbs on this specific vehicle have also been changed numerous times, at least four times by Motorland yet it has only been recorded once on the computer. We highly recommend that that you think twice before using this company as we have had endless problems and empty promises from them. We have bought 3 brand new vehicles cash from them and never again.
