After sales service

After a discussion with the customer care manager, Jolene, she advised me to state facts on this review, thus here follows.

Fact 1: I order a Mahindra rear tail light from Mahindra Centurion and I am advised that the part will be available within 48 hours. It took a week to arrive. Fact 2: I order a timming chain and guides from Mahindra Montana and am promised that the part is available in stock and will be delivered within 48 hours. A week later I receive the part and the timming chain is incorrect although ordered against the VIN number. Fact 3: I order a waterpump from Mahindra Pretoria North and am promised delivery within 48 hours. A week passes before delivery. Fact 4: I discuss my unhappiness about service delivery at Mahindra Pretoria North with the Dealer Principal (DP), Jaco. He promises me a personal call back before the end of day of my complaint. Up to date he never called me but a co-worker called me the following day. Fact 5: I go to Mahindra Pretoria North and speak to the technician, Ben, asking him about the speedo that is working incorrectly and he advises me about the costs. I ask Ben if the vehicle sounds right to his knowledge for I feel that the engine is sounding too hard in the vecinity of the tappets. Ben says that the egine is a bit louder but he feels nothing is wrong. Fact 6: My wife takes the vehicle to Mahindra Montana where the Service manager assists her on her querry if the engine sounds too loud or if she should have it looked at. The service manager informs her that there is nothing wrong with the engine but the noise is caused by the engine mounting that is to be replaced. Fact 7: Two days after Montana Mahindra service manager states that nothing is wrong with the engine I go and stand on the highway because after inspection it is found that on of the tappet rockers is broken and anothr is cracked. Fact 8: With the broken part in my hand I go to Pretoria North Mahindra and speak to the Service Manager, Chris. He takes the axle with rockers attached and inspects the brocken rocker and answers me that the rockers can be ordered seperately. I confirm with him that it can be ordered seperately to which he answers affirmative and we go to his desk to order the part. While he is searching the part number on the computer I ask him how long the parts will take to be delivered. Chris says 48 hours. I challenge him in this regard and inform him of my previous experiences where he goes so far as to speak negatively of the DP of Montana. He informs me of the price and I confirm with him that it is the correct price siince it sounds too cheap and thus I order all 8 rockers. I never mentioned anything else that rockers that are required. Chris adheres to his promise of 48 hours delivery but then he only ordered the rocker adjuster and claims that I was confirming that he is ordering the correct parts. I informed him that I told him that there would be a problem wether it be time of delivery or correctness of parts. Chris has the audacity to tell me that I told him that he must order the adjuster *****s and does not listen when I tell him that he was standing with the broken part in his hands and he could see what needed to be ordered. By this time the conversation became slanderous because I told them that they were *********** and I warned them that there would be a problem. By this time Chris has the audacity to ask me if the problem is not by me, as if I order the parts.
