Absolutely absurd

Mahindra East Rand (Boksburg) are definitely not cut out to service the people. Taking 3 days plus to service a vehicle. Waiting a full day for a verbal quotation and having to follow up on a Pro forma to process payment the day after. Upon collection we were refused handover of our vehicle as the R3000 does not reflect in their account. We are a reputable company having used Mahindra East Rand before yet get treated like ********s. Pathetic!
