A year without a vehicle

Mahindra West Rand took my money for parts that they cant get, Its now a year later and my vehicle is not fixed and they refuse to refund my deposit ... They think I'm going to pay for parts they cant use in my vehicle ???<br> Case still with Motor Industry Ombudsman
