Mahindra not capable of doing the right thing - bumped my car during service

Took my car in for a service. THEY bumped and damaged my car. Been weeks now of going backward and forward. They need to give me a loan car whilst my car is going in for repairs at their cost. I got the quotes for them, as they could not. What about fuel, as I do not pay for fuel? My company does, and this loan car will probably not come with a fuel card? They do not consider my situation and that it is unique, and considering THEY caused the damaged. They do not come back to me with a solution.
