Appalling customer service

Waited 2 months for my order to arrive with them not once bothering to call me with updates. Finally decided to cancel the order and request a refund. It has been 2 weeks since the request for my refund (all required documents sent to them), again me having to call for updates. Went there today only to find out that my request wasn't even forwarded to the relevant person.
