brand new vehicle from Mahindra that is having 1year and 9 months NO WARRANTY

I bought my Mahindra at Bryanston branch,(282 Main Road)April 2023 brand new car..happy with everything until my vehicle stacked on the road 28/01/2025 did not want to change gears.took it there.i was told it's the clutch.and was told .the warrant of the clutch it's finished,I have to pay the stripping fee of R6 555 and the 50% of R20 000 deposit of the clutch kit..I told them I don't have that amount this car is still new,not even 2years old.its manufacturers fault..I was told if I'm not paying for the clutch kit,I have to pay the stripping fee of R6 555 and remove my car from their premises.. I am soo hurt the way I was treated.worst experience ever! I will never recommend to anyone to buy Mahindra and I will never consider buying a Mahindra ever again!
