This Dealership does not appreciate business from Indian customers!

After being let down and disappointed by multiple Mahindra dealers in Gauteng, I was also let down and disappointed by this Mahindra dealer in the north-west.

Why did I choose this dealer, you may ask? Because other dealers spoke highly of them and they were coming in the cheapest.

I called in some time ago looking for a part for my vehicle and I was assisted by a friendly lady, she gave me the price over the phone and listened to all the questions I had about my vehicle, I told her that I would come to the dealership to order and pay for the part as I also wanted her advice on my vehicle. I didn't have a definite time or date that I would be able to come through.

Today, I visited the dealership and I have never experienced the level of hostility as I have today. This young boy comes to me, shouting across the floor at me in Afrikaans, asking me if I'm looking for a new vehicle and when I said that I was just there for parts, he said something under his breath in afrikaans that sounded like "indian people are cheap" I didnt know what to do so I proceeded to parts and not only was the lovely lady not there anymore but there was a man who didn't seem to know his head from his toes or even what I was talking about. I asked for the lady as she assisted me over the phone and was the whole reason I made the drive to this dealership but I was told that she no longer worked there! This man could not assist me as he refused to speak to me in english.

Never in my life have I ever experienced such biased behaviour!
