Unacknowledged staff.

My father was there last week Saturday, the people that helped him didn't know what they were doing, they cut him thinking there were clever and now my father is suffering.. I am gonna go into details I will go into details privately with someone who will give me call.. If I don't get any call I am taking this to department of health this is my father's life at stake..
