Terrible service from frontline staff

I recieved terrible service from Nurse Moodly K at the entrance. She is rude, she shouts at patients she has absolutely no patience, she has also shown favouritism/preference, smoothly assists people of the same race as her without being rude, screaming or shouting at them. She shouldint be at the frontline of the hospital, she is not friendly or welcoming enough to be welcoming patients. I was at the hospital on the 12/11/21 and I'm back here today 10/01/22 and I got the same service as last time if not worse.
