Pregnant woman with dead child Ina stomach but no help from Mahatma Gandhi in Phoenix Durban

Today 22 February 2023 my sister in law was at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Phoenix for check as she is 39 weeks pregnant she's been doing all her check ups there. Today's she was there the whole day being taken to back and forth when she was the next person to go for ultra sound she was told it's closed went back to doctor who was the 3rd doctor for the the day since she was taken back and forth and she was told that the child is dead in her stomach and the she was sent back home to come back on Monday 26 February 2024 not even for theatre but for ultra sound check up. Right now she's home sick crying as she with a dead child in her stomach how can South African government hospital do this to someone or may I am the one who does not know the system of that hospital
