Poor Service

My Sister in law was involved in an accident on the 24th December 2021, the doctors said she broke a leg, she needs to be operated. Today is the 6th Jan still lying at the hospital, cannot move. She is worried as a lump is developing and is not told when she is going for operation. Some fellow patients who came after her has been taken for operation but not her. One Dr has told her that she has noticed another fracture. Although am not Dr but I I don’t think it’s normal for person to stay this long with a broken leg as she is suffering in pain day and night
