HORRIBLE TREATMENT FROM MAHATMA GANDHI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL BY THE STAFF

This hospital gladly takes your R 50.00 but the treatment is horrible. There is no order at all. The staff are working like the place is a circus. They dont know what is a priority patient. They got no clue at all. To the PRO please have a serious meeting with your staff. Have a system where your securities in Blue uniform scan the patients that are really priority, hence it will be those that will need a wheelchair. Your systems should be 3 steps ahead, that if people who are not priority cant easily take a wheelchair and get easy access to be seen first just because they in a wheelchair. Because of not knowing whos priority in a wheelchair, they have s****ped the first priority given to wheelchair patients. So in other words the priority patients now suffer and wait. The hospital does not care whether the patients can be dieing too. They will see to numbers first not a dieing or priority case. Dear PRO the nurse or whoever CANDICE is. She first said my mum is priority only because she let others in a wheelchair go before us, then later said " no your mum is not priority she must wait until her turn number 58. I want this taken up further..because OLD PEOPLE WHO CANT WALK CANNOT RUN FROM END TO END. THE SERVICE IS BAD AND NOT WELCOMING AT ALL. PLEASE PAY THEM MORE MONEY IF THATS WHAT WILL MAKE THEM BE NICE & WORK HONESTLY TOWARDS PATIENTS WHO DONT KNOW IN WHICH DIRECTION TO GO TO. I DEAL WITH ALOT OF PEOPLE TOO. I GET IT THAT ITS HECTIC..BUT THE STAFF ARE EAGER TO GET RID OF PATIENTS. WHEN I GOT TO THE HOSPITAL..I HAD TO LOCATE A WHEELCHAIR FOR OVER AN HOUR, THEN THEY COULD NOT FIND MY MUMS FILE. THEN I WENT TO MOPD WHERE NOTHING WAS FOUND. I WENT BACK TO THE FRONT WINDOW. AFTER A WHILE THEY FOUND IT. GET FRESH EYES FRESH STAFF WHO WANT T OK REALLY WORK FAITHFULLY FOR THEIR WAGES. WHEN WAGES ARE REALLY EARNED. BAD TREATMENT IS CURBED. PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY
