Magic Connect Network is a bad service company

I want to alert everyone about Magic City Network regarding their fiber connection services. I strongly advise against using their services, as their reliability is severely lacking and they seem to undermine their customers.

We have been without connectivity for three weeks now. When I attempted to cancel my service due to these ongoing issues, they informed me I would incur charges for early cancellation—this is incredibly frustrating. They previously assured me that service would be restored on the 17th, which did not happen, and now they are asking me to wait until Friday again.

I’m thoroughly fed up with this situation and unsure of my next steps. Please consider this a warning if you’re thinking about using Magic City Network for your internet needs.
