YOUR DEPOSIT WON'T BE REFUNDED...JUST FORGET!

Anyone Looking for to rent out a residential property , Don't go with Mafadi management they make fortune with your deposit money.i served my full lease period of 12 months.i didn't get a 40 days notice to the fact that my lease is expiring as stated on the lease ,all I see is a statement with an increase rent + extra charges to cover the deposit of the new rent.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have relocate ,so I moved out on the 5th without notice but with agreement... provided all the documents they requested so that I can get my deposit ,but they come up with more excuses not to refund the deposit...the flat is still in its good condition but still don't consider that.

To cut the explaination short. Do not sign any Lease agreement with Mafadi property management...you will never get a refund on your deposit .there alot good property management out there. Do not go for the one mentioned or any of their partners... because just forget about getting your deposit back.
