You have to fight for your deposite

When I told them I'm moving out they after a year they gave me trouble with my deposit. Their admin is a waste of human breath ,I call in everyday and empty promises all the time.I go to their offices and still they don't want to pay my deposit.no one takes responsibility for their incompetence.
