Worst Service from Ever!
I submitted a notice to vacate around the 15th of September 2020 and made a payment off by mistake on the 21st of September.
Now because they consider the notice a late notice,a Lady by the name of Sihle Dube says she will be forfeiting my deposit and finding all ways not to pay back the money that was paid off by mistake back as well.
She keeps ignoring the question of her refunding my funds but
I am so ****ed and we have been communicating via emails without any solutions.
This is really the worst service I have ever received ever since I started staying flats/building apartments.
I would not recommend anyone to rent a property within any building owned by Mafadi.
