Worst service

Terrible service from Mafadi. They ignore your emails and have zero customer care. They charge you water bill without proof of how much was invoiced by the municipality. Dimakatso Shabangu, Credit Controller, promised to provide the water bill as evidence of a huge spike in the water charge and never did. All they know is charging tenant!
