WORST - REFUND WITHELD

I must say this has to be the worst property management group I have ever come across. Six weeks after moving out I am basically still begging for my deposit.

I put in a month's notice on 30/04/2019 to move out at the end of May 2019. I got feedback after numerous phone calls because they just do not respond to emails let alone acknowledge them. I eventually got a call from Clinton advising that he had sent me forms to complete, which I completed and sent back for processing. Now every time I call I just get the run around.

I have stayed at Greenshank Villas for 3 years and have never been late or missed any rental payment.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND AS TO WHY I HAVE TO BEG SO MANY TIMES FOR WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE??????? THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC!!!!
