Worst Property Management Company

The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They do not pay rentals to home owners on time and they do not have a specific date for payments. The tenant consistently paid rent on time to Mafadi but Mafadi sometimes even skipped payments to the owner. It got so frustrating that I almost sold my property until I realized I can just get rid of them as I have proof of their unprofessionalism. That Maxina who "manages" the complex will send you to Lillian and Lillian will promise to call back which never happens. I've been dealing directly with my tenant for 2 months and it's been going so stress free. Unfortunately they still owe me a month's rental as well as my tenant's deposit which now forces me to call them all over again to find out when am I going to get my money. I told myself that I will never deal with them ever again but I'm back to phoning and emailing them everyday asking for my money which is so exhausting. If you're thinking of getting your property managed by Mafadi, look somewhere else cause you'll pay your bond installment while they skip rental payments to you.
