Worst property experience

I moved into an apartment on the 30th of October 2019, but Still dont have a copy of my lease agreement. The windows of my apartments are broken and they allow water to flow in during rainy weather. The paint on the wall has signs of moisture thus leave a filthy appearance. The walls were never repainted. The sink in the bathroom also seems unfit. The one plug point isnt working. There is no security guard on sight at all 24/7 and the only form of security is cctv cameras. I PAID A PORTION OF MY RENTAL IN ADVANCE IN OCTOBER TO SHOW THEM INTREST AND ENSURE THAT ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED IS FIXED BEFORE I MOVE IN HOWEVER NOTHING IS DONE INFACT THE LETTING AGENT TOOK MY ORIGINAL PROOF OF PAYMENT AND NEVER RETURNED IT. THE BUILDING MANAGER IS ALSO ALMOST NEVER INSIGHT. NEIGHBOURS ARE ALLWAYS MAKING NOISE IN THE PASSAGE WITH KIDS PLAYING IN THE CORRIDORS.
